A wonderful lunchtime engagement
This was an unusual gig for us, because of its timing, but it was a great one to do.
What a contrast!
After our late night at the Miners Rest, it was an early start, in order to get set up before the meal, to which we were invited incidentally - very much appreciated!
Somewhat refined!
This was another of those shows raising money in aid of Birmingham's Heartlands Hospital.
Smooth sounds
We mixed and matched the material, providing some melodic tunes for an appreciative audience to listen to and also some with which they could join in.
They wanted more! As the event neared its conclusion, it was clear that these wonderful people would want some more. We left them well entertained and happy with the funds thay had raised, all of us having enjoyed the occasion.
